1. Agreement to terms

These Terms govern your access to and use of Grounded Bloom’s platform and content. By accessing or purchasing courses, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 13 to use our services. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and promptly notifying us of any unauthorized use.

3. Course access and licensing

Upon purchase, you receive a limited, non-transferable license to access the purchased course(s) for at least 24 months, solely for personal, non-commercial learning.

4. Payments and refunds

Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified. Refunds are available within 7 days if less than 25% of the content has been consumed. Certain bundles or promotions may be non-refundable where clearly disclosed.

5. Acceptable use

• No sharing of accounts or unauthorized distribution of materials
• No scraping, reverse engineering, or security testing without consent
• No unlawful, harassing, or harmful content

6. Intellectual property

All content is protected by copyright and other laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or publicly display materials except as permitted by these Terms or applicable law.

7. Disclaimers

Courses provide educational guidance only. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes or financial results. Content is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Grounded Bloom and its instructors shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

9. Changes to services

We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice. If a purchased course is discontinued, we will provide access to an equivalent course or refund the unused portion at our discretion.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
